DSI organizes training program “Prevention and Suppression of Human Trafficking 201 (CTOC-TIP 201)”



          On March 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM, the Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) assigned Police Lieutenant Colonel Anon Untrijan, Expert on Ponzi schemes, and a rotating savings and credit association (ROSCA), to preside over the opening of the training program “Prevention and Suppression of Human Trafficking 201 (CTOC-TIP 201)”. The program is scheduled to take place from March 24–28, 2025, at TK Palace & Convention Hotel, Bangkok. The objective is to enhance and exchange expertise in all aspects, strengthen specialized knowledge and skills, and promote interagency collaboration. It adopts a victim-centered approach to ensure the effectiveness of legal proceedings and/or asset seizure operations while dismantling or suppressing crimes and providing protection to human trafficking victims efficiently. The training is attended by government officials and practitioners involved in anti-human trafficking efforts, including representatives from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior, Office of the Attorney General, Anti-Money Laundering Office, Royal Thai Police, Royal Thai Navy, DSI, and civil society organizations or non-governmental organizations (NGOs), with a total of 40 participants.
