On October 20, 2023, Police Major Suriya Singhakamol, assigned Police Captain Thinavudth Silapat, Director of Bureau of Foreign Affairs and Transnational Crime, as the representative to donate to the “Prosthetics and Orthotics Fund for the Disabled” at Siriraj Foundation on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the Institute of Public Relations. The donation was received by Miss Kannanat Phathornseubnukul, Head of the Training Administration division, at the Institute of Public Relations, Soi Ari, Phahon Yothin Road, Bangkok.
