DSI Launch Online Training Program on “Efficient Government Procurement in line with the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act, B.E. 2560 (2017)”
On Monday 30 January 2023, DSI Deputy Director-General Police Lieutenant Colonel Phayao Thongsen presided over the launch of an online training program on “Efficient Government Procurement in line with the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act, B.E. 2560 (2017)”. The main objective of the training, as suggested in the reporting statement by Deputy Director of Development and Logistics Bureau Ms Sununta Hongprapat, is to equip DSI officers working in procurement with the knowledge and understandings in filling in data required by the Government Procurement System (e-marketplace and e-bidding), formulating procurement plans, and carrying out the specific method of procurement under the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act, B.E. 2560 (2017). Upon completion of the 3-day training from 30 January to 1 February, all 118 participants are expected to effectively apply the knowledge obtained to their procurement practices.
