DSI receives a complaint letter from employees of Port Authority of Thailand deceived to apply for membership of provident fund
On Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in front of the DSI headquarters, Mr. Triyarith Temahivong (the Director-General of the DSI) assigned Major Charan Sanghiran (Deputy Director of Special Case Management Bureau) to receive a complaint letter from Mr. Krisada Inthamara (lawyer), with over 100 employees of the Port Authority of Thailand coming to submit the complaint letter to the Director-General of the DSI, about being deceived to apply for membership of the provident fund by the executives of the Port Authority of Thailand, and the corruption, embezzlement and fraud in the provident fund for employees of the Port Authority of Thailand by the executives of the Port Authority of Thailand making damage, worth over 4,000 million baht, to over 2,000 members of the provident fund.
The DSI received the said complaint and would follow up and assign its responsible agency to urgently inspect the matter according to its standard of investigation and inquiry.
