Director-General of the DSI pays a courtesy visit to Ambassador of Cambodia to Thailand
On Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 10.00 a.m., Mr. Triyarith Temahivong (the Director-General of the DSI), Pol.Maj. Jatupol Bongkochmas (Director of Foreign Affairs and Transnational Crime Bureau) and the officers paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Mr. Ouk Sorphorn, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Thailand, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Thailand.
This visit was aimed at developing and firmly strengthening the relations and cooperation between the Royal Embassy of Cambodia and the DSI for jointly fighting against cross-border crime, especially human trafficking, for mutual benefit of people of the two countries. Apart from discussion on official matters, the Director-General of the DSI and the Ambassador of the Cambodia agreed to appoint their officers to act as liaison of the DSI and the Embassy of Cambodia for joint working at the level of officials in the future.
