       On Monday 26 June 2023,  Police Major Suriya Singhakamol, the Director General of Department of Special Investigation (DSI), gave a live interview on ThaiPBS TV channel, clarifying the raid on the registration network of Nominee companies for foreigners and the acceptance of financial fraud of Stark Corporation Public Company Limited as a special case.

     On Thursday 15 June 2023, DSI made a field visit collaboratively with the Central Institute of Forensic Science, Department of Business Development, and Phuket authorities, searching companies whose behavior is considered "nominee", or which help, support, jointly operate a business with aliens, or holding shares on behalf of aliens to do business. The Director General also clarified the acceptance of financial fraud of Stark Corporation Public Company Limited as a special case, in which DSI operates with the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Economic Crime Suppression Division, and Central Investigation Bureau. The law will be used effectively in all dimensions to prosecute the offenders, remedy victims, and boost confidence in the capital market as soon as possible.
