DSI attends Elderly National Day and Family National Day of 2022 at ICONSIAM shopping center
On Monday, April 11, 2022, the Director-General of the DSI, Mr. Triyarith Temahivong assigned the Head of The Help Center for Unfairly Treated Debtors and Victims, Mrs. Umaporn Preaprasert, as his representative to attend and jointly arrange an exhibit of the DSI for the Elderly National Day and the Family National Day of year 2022, under the concept of “power of family, power of elderly and new life with seamless technology”, at the SURALAI HALL, 7th floor, ICONSIAM shopping center. The Minister of Social Development and Human Security Mr. Chuti Krairiksh presided over the event. The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation to Drive Services and Assistance via the Family Friend System (Family Line) was signed among 11 agencies as the members of family and elderly networks. The objective of this event is to encourage the public to recognize the importance of the elderly and the family institution, to generate the family members’ joint learning process, and to create the concept of the family’s participation in the development of community, society, and the nation.
