DSI attends the 4th Household Debt Settlement Mediation in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province
On Friday, April 1, 2022, Mr. Triyarith Temahivong (the Director-General of the DSI) assigned his Deputy Director-General Pol.Lt.Col. Supat Thamthanarug, and Mr. Mahesak Punsanga (Director of Bureau of Regional Operation) to attend the 4th Household Debt Settlement Mediation in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province at the hotel named Twin Lotus in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The event under the concept “Solving Debt Problems, Sustainably Moving Forward” chaired by Mr. Somsak Thepsuthin (the Minister of Justice) was aimed at helping people in terms of debt mediation, negotiation on interest rate reduction, debt restructuring, minimizing litigation and seizure of properties for auctions under the Dispute Mediation Act, B.E. 2562 (2019), and publicizing the missions and duties of the Ministry of Justice to facilitate justice to people according to the policy “Justice Builds Happiness, Proactive Justice, Brings Happiness to People”.
