DSI launched “DSI conserves fish stocks” activity in honor of and as merit making for His Majesty King Rama X on the occasion of the royal birthday anniversary on 28 July 2023
On 24 July 2023, at Chin Wararam temple, Bang Khayaeng sub-district, Mueang Pathum Thani district, Pathum Thani, Police Major Suriya Singhakamol, the Director General of Department of Special Investigation (DSI), presided over the “DSI conserves fish stocks” activity for government officials and DSI’s officers to show the allegiance and gratitude to His Majesty King Rama X, in cooperation with Chin Wararam’s monks, teachers, and students of Watchinwararam school.
They took part in the activity for common interest by releasing freshwater fish, which are 45,000 Java barbs to Chao Phraya River, to keep the royal wish in the conservation of aquatic animals to breed fish stocks and provide food for the community. Those fresh-water fish were received from Pathum Thani Inland Aquaculture Research and Development Center, Department of Fisheries.
This activity is the one of “DSI conserves fish stocks” activities which DSI holds every year in honor of and as merit making for His Majesty King Rama X on occasion of the royal birthday anniversary on the 28 July 2023 for government officials and DSI’s officers to show their allegiance and gratitude to His Majesty King Rama X.
