Police Major Suriya Singhakamol, the Director General of Department of Special Investigation (DSI), chaired executive meeting no. 4/2566, focusing on “NO Gift Policy” and its compliance by not accepting any gifts for
the performance of duty

        On April 20, 2023, at 1:30 pm. at the meeting room, 1st floor of the DSI headquarters, DSI Director General, Police Major Suriya Singhakamol chaired the executive meeting no. 4/2566. During the meeting, the Director General set out a key policy and its compliance for his executives, launching the culture of “NO Gift Policy” by not accepting any gifts for the performance of duty. Corruption is viewed as a major issue that should be dealt with promptly. In order to strengthen morality, ethics, and honesty, DSI officials adhere to the department's values “Dignity, Specialty, Integrity”, as well as declare common intention on fighting all forms of corruption.

      DSI officials are urged not to claim nor to accept all kinds of gifts for the performance of duty. “NO Gift Policy” aims to prevent an unfair performance of duty and a conflict of interests. All executives are required to strictly follow the policy, and ensure that officials under their own command strictly follow the given policy.
