On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, 1:30 p.m., at the DSI, Pol.Lt.Col.Prakorn Sucheevakun (a Deputy Director-General of the DSI) and Pol.Col.Akarapol Punyopashtambha (the Director of Foreign Affairs and Transnational Crime Bureau) accompanied by Pol.Lt.Col.Supat Thamthanarag (the Director of Human Trafficking Crime Bureau) welcomed Mr.Christian Ehrlich (police liaison officer) and his team from the Federal Criminal Police Office of Germany (or the Bundeskriminalamt-BKA) stationed at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bangkok, Thailand, who paid a courtesy visit to congratulate the Deputy Director and the Director on their new positions.
The BKA praised the DSI, as a prominent law enforcement agency in Thailand, for its work and thanked the DSI for its previous cooperation on the fight against transnational crimes, crimes having impacts on international relations, and child sexual abuse with the BKA. The DSI expressed its intent to fully and incessantly cooperate with the BKA on cases, intelligence exchanges, and training courses to enhance skill and expertise in investigations.
