DSI won 2 awards of the Office of the National Research Council of Thailand

 

 

On Saturday, February 2, 2019, the DSI's Director-General Pol.Col.Paisit Wongmuang attended an opening ceremony of Thailand Inventors' Day 2019 held on February 2-6, 2019 at the Event Hall 102-104, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) Bangkok to witness the National Research Council of Thailand's Award Deliver Ceremony and the 2018 TWAS Prize for Young Scientists in Thailand organized by the Office of the National Research Council of Thailand.

 

 

The DSI's research paper entitled “Legal Problems of the Protection of the Rights of Injured Persons or Victims of Criminal Cases Resulting from Non-Prosecution Orders of the Public Prosecutors” of the Deputy Director of Financial, Banking and Money Laundering Crime Bureau Pol.Capt.Surawut Rangsai, Ph.D., won the National Research Council of Thailand's Good Research Work Award, while the DSI's invention work entitled “The Choice” of Pol.Lt.Col.Wichai Suwanprasert (the Director of Technology and Cybercrime Bureau) and his team won Good Invention Work Award.

 

 

From the Director-General, the DSI has prioritized and supported its personnel to conduct research and employ technology for knowledge development and use as organizational management guidelines. The Choice produced to use as equipment for providing knowledge on legal matters, ways to access to justice, the living according to sufficient economic philosophy is the Ministry of Justice's key work in terms of generating public perception of illegal informal debt. This Work had been nationally publicized by all of the Justice Provincial Offices in Thailand, the Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection, the Office of Justice Affairs, and Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ).
