DSI Awarded the 2023 Model Organization for Human Rights
On September 22, 2023, Police Colonel Tawee Sodsong, Minister of
Justice, presented an honorable mention certificate from the Minister of
Justice to Police Major Suriya Singhakamol, Director-General of the Department of
Special Investigation (DSI), at the award ceremony for the 2023 Model
Organization for Human Rights. The DSI presented its project "Enhancing
Justice: Case of Human Rights Problems in Ban Pangyang." The ceremony was
held at the Miracle Grand Hotel in Bangkok, with DSI executives and staff in
attendance.
The Model Organization for Human Rights Award is given to organizations that are committed to promoting and protecting human rights in a concrete way. The DSI is committed to developing the organization into a model organization for human rights and is ready to work with partners to promote and protect human rights in Thailand.
