On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 3:30 PM, Police Major Yutthana Praedam, Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), assigned Ms. Arunsri Wichawut, Director of the Special Case Management Bureau, to participate in a live discussion on “NBT Mee Kam Tob” regarding “Complaint Acceptance and the Launch of DSI’s LINE Open Chat.” The program was also joined by two other DSI officers: Mr. Chawakorn Tessombun, Special Case Officer (Professional Level), and Ms. Thanawan Sodchan, Special Case Officer (Practitioner Level), who helped answer questions and provide advice to the public on the matter via telephone at the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT) on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Bangkok.
