DSI organizes Workshop on Enhancing Cooperation Between DSI and Foreign Law Enforcement Agencies based in Thailand

 

 

       On July 21, 2022, Mr. Triyarith Temahivong (the Director-General of the DSI) assigned Pol.Maj. Jatupol Bongkochmas (the Director of Foreign Affairs and Transnational Crime Bureau) to chair the opening ceremony of the Workshop on Enhancing Cooperation Between DSI and Foreign Law Enforcement Agencies based in Thailand, under its project on enhancing cooperation with foreign law enforcement agencies based in Thailand, held on July 21 and 22, 2022, at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel, Pattaya City, Chon Buri Province.

       The 61 participants comprised 52 officers of the DSI and 9 liaison officers from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, the Embassy of Malaysia, and the Royal Embassy of Cambodia, in Bangkok. The workshop’s purpose was to discuss a practical guideline for working coordination and joint operations to prevent and suppress transnational crime, and to enhance efficiency in transnational crime investigation in the future.
