Never trust anyone claiming to be able "to help a foreigner legally hold a land/property title in Thailand"
Otherwise, you may be "charged" with being a foreigner operating a business illegally, an offence punishable by a maximum imprisonment term of 3 years or a maximum fine of 1,000,000 baht, or both
