Chulabhorn Royal Academy thanks DSI for its investigation leading to issuances of arrest warrants against scammers in the case of the public deceived to pre-order Sinopharm vaccines

On March 17, 2022, at the reception room, G floor of the Department of Special Investigation, the Director-General of the DSI Mr. Triyarith Temahivong along with Pol.Maj. Woranan Srilum (Director of the Special Case Management Bureau and the deputy spokesman of the DSI) welcomed Mr. Wanlop Yuttithamdamrong (the Deputy Secretary-General of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy) and Mr. Nakanun Ruamjai (a legal officer of the Chulabhorn Royal Academy) visiting to thank you the DSI for its investigation and prosecution against the offenders. This matter, on September 20, 2021, the Chulabhorn Royal Academy filed the complaint to the DSI requesting investigation into the case of scammers disguising themselve as Chulabhorn Royal Academy’s officers and deceiving the public about Sinopharm vaccines. The DSI by its Surveillance and Intelligence Division had sought evidence until being able to identify the offenders and submit the gathered evidence to the Thung Song Hong Police Station for further inquiry leading to the issuance of arrest warrants and the arrest of the offenders for prosecutions.
