DSI welcomes Director-General of National Anti-Financial Crime Centre of Malaysia
On Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 10.00 a.m., Mr. Triyarith Temahivong (Director-General of the DSI) welcomed Dato’ Seri Haji Mustafar bin Haji Ali (Director-General of the National Anti-Financial Crime Centre-(NFCC) of Malaysia) who paid a courtesy call on Director-General of the DSI for official matter discussion, attended by Pol.Lt.Col. Supat Thamthanarug (Deputy Director-General) and high-executives of both agencies.
On this occasion, the Directors-General of both agencies exchanged their perspective and experience about financial crime and the guideline for cooperation against financial crime between the DSI and the NFCC. The Directors-General of the DSI and the NFCC agreed to make the Letter of Intent for jointly enhancing competency of the officers of both agencies benefitting their fight against financial and money laundering crime in the future.
