DSI – Surveillance and Intelligence Division arrested alleged offenders defrauding people before case prescription is expired
On Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., the Department of Special Investigation, by its Surveillance and Intelligence Division’s officials joining forces with Phetchabun Provincial Police Station’s investigation team, arrested Miss Dara Pasee, the alleged offender wanted on the Criminal Court’s arrest warrant no. 2561/2558 for jointly defrauding the public regarded as public cheating and fraud, at an apartment in Sa Diang Sub-district, Mueang District, Phetchabun Province (the special case no. 51/57-Miss Dara Pasee and others have circumstances of persuading the general public to recruit members for investment in a copper business by paying the returns at the rate higher than the rate prescribed by law, the prescription of this case is expired on April 1, 2022.)
