DSI and NACC signed MOU to link their database
On June 20, 2019, the DSI by Pol.Col.Paisit Wongmuang (the Director-General) and the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) by Mr.Worawit Sukboon (the Secretary-General) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Computer System Sharing witnessed by the DSI’s Deputy Director-General (Mr.Triyarith Temahivong) and the Director of Technology and Information Inspection Center (Mrs.Suwimol Saisuwan) and the NACC’s Deputy Secretary-General (Mrs.Natcha Kerdsri) and the Director of Information Technology Bureau (Mrs.Somporn Krutsakorn). The signing ceremony of the MOU was held at the NACC’s Building 4, 3rd Floor, Nonthaburi Room 3, Nonthaburi Province. The MOU is aimed at linking the computer systems of both agencies for the use of corruption databases, which were collected and stored in each party’s computer system, under each agency’s authority and mission and for increasing the efficiency of each party’s operations under the jurisdiction of its governing laws to be faster and more accurate. In addition, the jointly use of such information by the DSI and the NACC must strictly protect personal information and other information in accordance with relevant laws.
