The Department of Special Investigation (DSI), in conjuction with the Sukhothai Provincial Police and Mr. Yasuaki KAWASHITA, are offering a reward of 2 million Baht for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person or persons responsible for the murder of Ms. Tomoko KAWASHITA, the Japanese tourist murdered at the Sukhothai Historical Park in Sukhothai Province on 25 November 2007. The Reward will be given to an informant upon the arrest and conviction of the offender or offenders.

The reward of 2 million Baht is offered by the following parties:
1. Department of Special Investigation (DSI) 1,400,000 Baht
2. Sukhothai Provincial Police 500,000 Baht
3. Mr. Yasuaki KAWASHITA 100,000 Baht
