Receipt of Complaints/Allegations and Whistleblower Reports
in accordance with Section 29 of the Torture and Enforced Disappearance Act, B.E. 2565 (2022)
Upon witnessing state officials' act of violence, torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or enforced disappearance, members of the public can file complaints/allegations at
- the Department of Special Investigation, or
- Special Case Operations Centers Regions 1 - 9, and Special Case Operations Center in Southern Border Region
