กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ (DSI) ขอประชาสัมพันธ์การลงทะเบียนผู้เสียหาย
กรณี ได้รับความเสียหายจากการนำเงินร่วมลงทุนโครงการอาคารชุด กับ บริษัท นิว นอร์ดิก
ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ชลบุรี ชุมพร สุราษร์ธานี และภูเก็ต
สืบเนื่องจากกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ ได้รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากผู้เสียหาย ขอให้ตรวจสอบและดำเนินคดีกับบริษัท นิว นอร์ดิก ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด กรณีชักชวนให้ลงทุนในธุรกิจโครงการอาคารชุดหรือทรัพย์สินในโครงการในพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ชลบุรี ชุมพร สุราษร์ธานี และภูเก็ต โดยโฆษณาเสนอผลประโยชน์ตอบแทนในอัตราที่สูงกว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ยสูงสุดที่สถาบันการเงินตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยดอกเบี้ยเงินให้กู้ยืมของสถาบันการเงินจะพึงจ่ายได้ ทำให้มีผู้เสียหายที่นำเงินเข้าร่วมลงทุนได้รับความเสียหายเป็นจำนวนมาก จากการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นอาจมีมูลค่าความเสียหายจำนวนมากถึง 3,400 ล้านบาท ซึ่งพฤติการณ์ดังกล่าวอาจเข้าลักษณะเป็นการกู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชนอันเป็นความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญาและความผิดตามพระราชกำหนดการกู้ยืมเงินที่ป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน พ.ศ. 2527 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ ได้รับไว้ทำการสอบสวนเป็นคดีพิเศษ ตามพระราชบัญญัติการสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ พ.ศ. 2547 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (คดีพิเศษที่ 56/2564)
ดังนั้น เพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินคดีกับผู้กระทำความผิดและให้ได้พยานหลักฐานประกอบการสอบสวนอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน จึงขอประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้เสียหายที่ประสงค์จะร้องทุกข์และให้ข้อมูลกับกรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษเพื่อดำเนินคดีกับ บริษัท นิว นอร์ดิก ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด ดำเนินการ ดังนี้
1) ผู้เสียหาย กรณี ร่วมลงทุนและได้รับความเสียหายจากโครงการอาคารชุดในพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ขอให้ส่งข้อมูลผ่าน email: yoothaporn@gmail.com และ yoothaporn_pra@dsi.go.th ภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2567

According to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) has received complaints from injured persons requesting an investigation and legal action against New Nordic Development Co., Ltd in inviting to invest in condominium and assets businesses projects in Phetchaburi, Chonburi, Chumphon, Surat Thani and Phuket provinces. In this case, the company invited injured persons to invest by advertising the returns at a rate higher than the maximum interest rate that financial institutions under the law on interest rates for loans of financial institutions can pay, resulting in many injured persons who joined investments and caused a total damage value of approximately up to 3,400 million baht, the preliminary investigation found. Such alleged actions are considered the offence of public fraud under the Criminal Code and the offense under the Emergency Decree on Loans of Money Amounting to Public Cheating and Fraud B.E. 2527 (1984) and its amendments. The DSI therefore has accepted and investigated as a special case according to the Special Case Investigation Act B.E. 2547 (2004) and its amendments. (Special Case No.56/2564)
Therefore, for the benefit of prosecuting the offenders and obtaining evidence to support the investigation correctly and completely, the DSI invites the injured persons who want to file complaints and provide information to the DSI, are requested to proceed as follows:
1) the injured persons in the case of joining investment and loss of money in condominium projects in Phetchaburi province, please send information via email: yoothaporn@gmail.com and yoothaporn_pra@dsi.go.th within December 2024 and
2) the injured persons in the case of joining investment and loss of money in condominium projects in Chonburi, Surat Thani, Chumphon and Phuket provinces, please send information via email: yoothaporn@gmail.com and yoothaporn_pra@dsi.go.th within 31 March 2025.
